My Mission.
Hi, I’m Spenser — an online fitness coach passionate about helping busy professionals reclaim their health, build strength, and feel confident again.
For years, I juggled a demanding corporate job with an exhausting commute that left little energy for anything beyond work. Fitness had always been important to me, but between 10–12 hour days and the pressures of everyday life, even my certified personal trainer (CPT) background took a backseat. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, life shifted — the commute disappeared, but so did the gym, leaving me anxious, restless, and carrying more weight than I cared to admit.
The wake-up call came when my doctor warned me I was pre-hypertensive. Fitness had always been my therapy — my sanctuary during life’s toughest moments — and I knew I had to find a way back. With extra time on my hands, I renewed my CPT and Certified Nutritionist credentials, determined to rebuild my health the right way.
Like many, I started with what seemed like the “right” tools — calorie tracking apps like MyFitnessPal — but quickly ran into the same roadblocks my clients now face: overwhelming complexity, inconsistency, and frustration. I realized that success wasn’t about chasing perfection; it was about simplifying the process.
My breakthrough came when I committed to meal prepping and eating consistent, simple meals throughout the week. Yet even then, the weight didn’t budge at first. That’s when I confronted a major mindset shift: I could no longer treat cardio like the enemy of strength training. I started incorporating short runs and walks immediately after lifting — just ten minutes a day — and that small tweak made a massive difference.
In six months, I lost about 40 pounds. More importantly, I transformed into someone who prioritizes progress over perfection, consistency over intensity, and sustainability over quick fixes.
Today, I help other busy, career-driven individuals who feel stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed by complicated fitness advice. My mission is to simplify health and fitness so you can thrive — physically, mentally, and emotionally — without giving up your lifestyle.
